ec44 Terms & Conditions

This document forms a legally binding agreement between the ec44 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("Member", "Player", "you"). By creating an account on ec44 or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all the rules and conditions set out below.

1.1 Key Definitions

• Platform: The ec44 website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
• Account: A member's registered personal profile.
• Funds: Real money held in an account.
• Bonus: Additional credits granted for promotional purposes.
• Wagering Requirement: The amount of bets required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

These terms and conditions apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an inseparable part of this document.

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on ec44 or use the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For persons aged 21 and above only").
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must be legally competent and must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or ban.
• Your personal information must be completely truthful, accurate, and current.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be closed immediately and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To verify your account, ec44 may request the following documents from you:

• A scanned copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. ec44 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false information is detected.

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.

3.1 Member Responsibilities

• Never share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify us immediately if any of your personal information changes.
• If you detect unauthorised access or suspicious activity, inform the support team right away.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.2 Account Login

Use the ec44 Login page to log in to ec44. Your information is kept secure through an encrypted connection.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit at ec44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
• The account used when depositing must be in your own name — using third-party methods is prohibited.
• ec44 may request additional verification for any deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing.
• For your first withdrawal, you must use the same method you used to make your deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ec44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion and transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

4.4 Fund Security

Your deposited funds are secured through SSL encryption. ec44 does not share any financial information with third parties.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets required before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member may not claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• The original deposited amount may be withdrawn before bonus wagering is complete, but doing so will cancel the bonus.
• If any irregularity, manipulation, or dishonest activity is detected in connection with bonus use, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ec44 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the respective offer details — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on ec44 operate under a fair play policy. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If an allegation of tampering with a game result is raised, ec44 reserves the right to investigate.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a round is incomplete due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event at the same time (Hedging) is prohibited.

6.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, all odds are set at the platform's own discretion. Betting is available on various international events including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC tournaments.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Bets will be settled after the official result is published.
• In live betting, odds can change rapidly — the odds at the moment of confirmation will apply.

6.4 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, and other games are available at ec44 Casino. Games from world-renowned providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi are operated according to their respective rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using any software, bot, automation, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Colluding with other members to gain a betting advantage (Collusion).
• Using third-party payment methods.

If such activities are detected, ec44 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

All content on the ec44 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of ec44. No content may be reused, reprinted, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

All content belonging to game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) is protected by copyright held by their respective owners.

ec44 uses industry-standard SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. We never store your full payment details on our servers.

• Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
• Documents provided for KYC verification are stored securely.
• Even after an account is closed, information may be retained for a specified period as required by law.

ec44 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to internet connection issues.
• If account information is leaked due to the member's own negligence.
• If a third-party service (payment gateway) fails.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical errors or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming, which is the result of the member's own decisions.

In any unexpected situation, ec44 will endeavour to provide maximum support, but will not be liable for losses caused by external factors.

11.1 ec44's Rights

ec44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If prohibited activities (Section 7) are carried out.

11.2 Member's Rights

A member may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the verified funds balance will be returned, however any incomplete wagering bonuses will be forfeited. For self-exclusion, please visit the Responsible Gaming page.

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:
